What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you contact us directly, we may also collect the information you include in your message.

How we use your information

We use your email address to manage the waitlist and send updates about Compound Golf Performance, including app development, launch news and founding member offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Our legal basis

Where we send you marketing or waitlist updates, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.

Who processes your information

We use Kit to collect and manage waitlist email addresses and send emails. Kit processes this information on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until the app launches and, if you choose to stay subscribed, while you remain subscribed. We delete or anonymise unsubscribed waitlist data within 30 days, unless we need to retain it for a legal reason.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use providers that put appropriate safeguards in place for international transfers.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. You can also object to processing or ask for a copy of information you have provided. To make a request, email us at cmpndgolf@gmail.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Our website and the Kit signup form may use technically necessary cookies or similar technologies to make the site and form work. If we add analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, we will update this notice and ask for consent where required.
